Cool Band Now, was a lofi rock trio from Santa Cruz, CA, active around the late 2000s. The band consisted of
Nick Green on guitar,
Chris Hopkins on bass, and
Logan Bean on drums; however, the instrumentation often rotated, and everyone contributed to songwriting, vocals, and production. The band produced two records of short, bizarre songs spanning a fairly wide range of genres, recorded direct to 4-track cassette tape:
